USA? WHEN????

When is it coming stateside?

As for all the negative reviews, I learned 25 years ago to pay ZERO attention to movie reviews. It was when both Siskel & Ebert gave the most scathing and hate filled review I have ever seen, and it was bashing Erik the Viking, also by Terry Jones. It turned out to be one of my top 10 all time favorite comedies and taught me to ignore negative bashing.

I saw the clip scene on Youtube where he gives his dog speech(Simon Pegg gives his dog) and the whole scene was brilliant. Great plot too.

They need to release it in the USA. If $ is the focus, little could have a better hook than to be the final screen credits of Monty Python and Robin Williams.

Go Terry Jones! I'm behind you 100% and hope to see this movie get it's proper respect with a theatrical run through the USA. If Adam Sandler gets a permanent pass on artistic integrity or talent, it being unnecessary to appeal to intelligence beyond the 2nd or 3rd grade level, then why can't the director of Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Life of Brian and Meaning of Life not get a freaking screening where I live?

I would also like to see this get a US release. I'm curious as to why it hasn't gotten one yet.

I reckon it will be on VOD.

It's that man again!!

I really liked the movie, so it's a shame you guys don't have it yet. I assume it's because it didn't do too well here, so your best bet is probably going to have to be torrenting it or buying the DVD if you have a region-free player.

I'm hoping it plays in U.S. as well.

If you're lucky. Never.

It really wasn't very good.

For some reason, I have it marked on my phone as coming out on May 6. I don't remember where I got this date, but I cannot see it on IMDB. I do expect it to see a stateside release, though - it's coming out elsewhere, and the cast is well-known to Americans, making it stupid NOT to release it here.
