He could have shut up the dog earlier when he is talking with Catherine or simply make her forget their conversation.

Grant could have make Neil transfer his power to him, doesnt take a genius to figure that out.

I barely recall there was something wrong with the talking dog. But that was summer and... so many things happened this year, and not really breaking new things neither... so it does not make it really final a glitch. Does it ?



All of what you said is correct, although worth noting Grant was a bit of an idiot. What Neil should have just done is shout "Grant die" or "Grant sleep", and then sorted things out with his free hand.

Yeah he seemed to forget he had powers then. Also a very odd scene was when grant pulls the gun on him and catherine just leaves and goes to work as though nothing had happened.
