Good concept, Good first 45 minutes...
but when they started killing the facebook friends, it becomes unbelievable...
this movie is kinda like Saw, only smarter (for the first 45 minutes).

This is why you should watch the whole movie before being allowed to post.
They explained why the friends that were killed, were involved too.
or as involved as the plot allowed.
i watched the whole movie, still i agree with thread starter. the first 45 minutes were gripping, thereafter it became too unbelievable and cheesy.
they should have called the movie "saw on a plane" ;)
Agreed. First hour or so was actually very good, clever and tense.
Then it just went downhill, turned into a vile film by the end of it.
I realize it's silly to respond to old posts, but just in case someone else drops by -
You are the one who didn't get it. How he killed those people is fine, but the point is he told the people on the plane he is going to kill a *RANDOM* person from their friends list on "alltogether" (aka facebook)
So are you telling me that 4 grown inteligent people are being told that a random person is being picked of one of their friends list which is geographically close enough to the killer and he gets to their house in 30 seconds and they are completely alone an unguarded in any way?
Even if they tell us in the end that it was a recording, why on earth did the people on the plane believe it? Heck, Dave mentions he has over 1000 friends...
It's the "at random" part that's the problem here.
"you're forefit is one of you friends is killed"
and oh look Im already at his house and his door is unlocked
