shareIt needs to expand on the ending of the first film and show how alien cyborg Jarrod revolts to protect his girlfriend Elaine and their unborn baby. Skyline seemed incomplete, as if it was only the first 2/3 acts of a film.

Hand-to-hand combat with aliens reminds me of GANTZ. I hope this movie will be as cool as that. Especially with Uwais as the underground resistance group leader. You guys think he's gonna have English lines? Many are guessing he'll play a silent character like Jet Li in The Expendables. But to me, sounds like the resistance leader is 2nd main role next to Grillo, so I don't think Uwais will be silent.
I do know of GANTZ but haven't seen it yet, I think he will have English lines and won't be silent. I think he will have a good amount of speaking parts butnot speak as much as the other characters
shareYeah I think he'll speak both English & Indonesian to communicate with Yayan. This will be neat to hear him speak English even though he's done it in interviews. Sounds like he'll be the supporting character next to Frank. My only worry is that Gareth Evans won't be directing the action so it won't look the same as it does in The Raid. It may be a step down but Iko & Yayan are doing the choreography so who knows.

Yeah I've heard him speak it but very little. In the interview I saw he gave an answer in English & it just seemed he wasn't confident in it at all. I'm sure he's gotten better & as long as its simple conversation, he's good

Frank Grillo? Oh, how great, a sequel that has absolutely no connection with the original! New actors, new plot, new director! The non-sequels, those are the best sequels!
