Moon people... next Bioshock setting? (spoiler)

Anyone remember the fair at the beginning, and you hear this one couple talking about the marvels of Columbia. The man says that before long, they'll be sending people to the moon, and his wife says moon people. Do anyone else believe that this little tidbit is foreshadowing that the next game will be a great city on the Moon? What are your thoughts on this?

Sounds a bit similar to Rapture. The fist 2 shock games (System Shock 1/2) were also set in space. I guess that doesn't necessarily prevent them from returning to the setting though. I would love to see SHODAN and the Many return.

It would be awesome to see them bring back SHODAN, and see how she would fit in with the infinite universes.
