Would have been cool if (SPOILERS) .....
The Comstock character's name was an anagram of "Booker De Witt". Then you get a scene were the word "Booker De Witt" rearranges to form the other name

shareI guess the name change was there to mislead us from the beginning. It would have been plainly obvious from the start had Comstock's name been an anagram of Booker De Witt.
shareDepends on the anagram and how closely you were paying attention to those aspects of the game. With all the gameplay and other stuff happening, I'm sure a lot of people would have overlooked it. The game is great the way it is though! No complaints.
shareTrue, it actually would have been a nice twist. I love how the second time I played it I started to notice things that I definetly overlooked when I first played it e.g. Comstock knowing a lot about Booker, Slate saying Comstock wasnt at Wounded Knee, the "nose bleed" that happens when Booker first sees Comstock. Bioshock:Infinite is an amazing game.
shareThe "Comstock = Booker" reveal is on par with the "Would You Kindly?" reveal in Bioshock 1. I found the Comstock reveal more shocking because the game just ends there, leaving you to ponder what just happened (whereas Bioshock 1 still has a little bit more gameplay). Come to think of it, I think Bioshock 2 is the only one which doesn't really have a shock twist in it.
shareSame for me, the ending really left me pondering at it for weeks on end. It was such an amazing ending, and the importance of it to the series is truly intriguing. Bioshock 2 really didnt have a twist ending, it was more about a story of Project Delta and his connection to the little sister. It was more of a personal storyline rather than a journey.
shareI am glad they didn't do that. The anagram thing is overdone.
