I know it's not in the story but Booker didn't know Elizabeth was his daughter at first so what happened if they had bonked?

That would have proven most awkward.

Personally, seeing the residue from her first period bleeding was ackward enough.

Luke and Leia did not, but Mark Hammil, in the last scene of the first movie, whispers, in the end, "Oh, Carrie" into "Leia's" ear (Carrie is the first name of the actress).

Go figure ;-)
