Hasn't this already been done like FIVE times on TV's The Office (US)?

Oh. Never mind. I just noticed that two of the writers - Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky used to write for The Office. Not that it makes it any better. Incidentally, these two were once on board to write the 2016 Ghostbusters film at one point.

Well to be fair the office had christmas parties and sometimes big clients.
