How Does this Compare to Horrible Bosses

Horrible Bosses didn't get huge reviews but I thought it was a really funny watchable movie. Some crude and often clever humor and funny cast. If that is the yardstick, how does Office Christmas Party compare?

It's almost like a re-skinning of that movie. Same pacing, same type of characters, same type of humor.

That sounded like a negative review but I really enjoyed both movies.

Less than forget. But more than begun.

That's a good review IMO, thanks!

Some really good laughs but not as funny as Horrible Bosses, in my personal opinion.

It was about on par with Horrible Bosses for me.It was a raunchy and enjoyable movie.

Not as good as Horrible Bosses. Not even close. But it's still a funny movie. You'll enjoy it if you like the cast.

I loved Horrible Bosses and really enjoyed this movie but I think Horrible Bosses was better. one thing I kept noticing in this movie was the wide age range of the main characters, which is not a problem and definitely representative of an office, but for some reason I just felt like Jennifer Aniston often felt out of place while Jason Bateman fit in a little better. Still really enjoyed this movie though, it's worth seeing.

Horrible bosses is 10x better. The jokes are sharper and more rapid fire, the leads have better chemistry, the ad libbing worked more, etc.

Horrible Bosses was much better.

This is in the same vein as Horrible Bosses, but Horrible Bosses is much, much better. This movie is amusing, but it's not nearly as funny as it wants to be. Horrible Bosses was smarter, sharper, and a lot more engaging.
