So what's the deal with Batgirl? Why not just pick Margaret or CJ?

WHy pick those? The relationship was over plus him and batgirl seems happy together.

I was just thinking about the development they've had for all these years. It just felt random is all.

But it wasn't random. Yeah they had development but it ended through the series. He left the park, went out on his own and found someone. He just lived his life and found someone.
