Still the scariest movie I've ever seen

I've seen a lot of horror movies but for some inexplainable reason this one is the freakiest i've seen, maybe it's the hellish nature of the hospital or the hopelessness of the situation.

i watched it a while ago but also remember being particularly spooked by the whole mental institution setting as well.

I didn't expect much given its netflix rating and imdb rating. This movie was actually really good. I was def freaked out. In a good way~

Spoiler Alert

Yes, the bleak, hopeless situation made this movie so dark and foreboding. The food rotting, the time totally skewed, like it was nighttime 24-7, the lack of a way out of the hospital, etc. The demon woman in the bathroom was GNARLY!!!! The spirits manipulating wheelchairs, bed frames, doors, and even the girl's hair was really unnerving! The ending, where the good doctor's office was revealed, was the spookiest, bleakest part. Yikes! A really disturbing horror movie!
