is this a slow movie?

Like subject says, I just want to know if it's a slow movie. This is NOT a bad thing, to please don't flame or troll because "OMG he called it a slow movie!" Sometimes I'm in the mood for something that will keep me on the edge of my seat, or that has intense dialogue, or that has good action, or a deep mystery, or something nice and slow-paced. I'm just curious if this is the latter. I've already glimpsed some reviews (glimpsed so hoping not to spoil anything) and I've read there is lots of silence, so that's what leads me to wonder if this is a pretty slow movie. Thanks for any honest replies.

There are parts when not a lot is happening and there's no dialogue but you're still enthralled by Dafoe and the scenery.

I wouldn't say it's a slow movie but don't expect relentless action. With a run time of 90 mins, it felt a lot shorter to me.
