What "truth" is that, exactly?

Every AIDS organisation I've ever been involved with put any money it raised beyond its running costs into assistance programs for PLWAs. If you're trying to suggest they're rampant profit machines, then where are you getting your ideas from?

You might very well think that. I couldn't possibly comment.
