after ThunderCats 2011 rendition, AKA: ThunderCats in name only was cancelled, The next Thundercats series will stay true to the late Ted Wolf's Mythology, starting with a five-part mini-series Titled Survivors of Thundera then 21 half-hour episodes, ThunderCats will someday return to television with a second reboot series titled "ThunderCats: defenders of third earth."

shareTV Troupes. after Cartoon Network lost the Franchise rights to the Thundercats and reverted back to Warner Bros on July 20th 2013, time will tell for WB about rebooting the Thundercats again in the future and also a Live-action movie.
shareIf there's ever another continuity reboot I think Lion-O should be the wise old mentor and Jaga should be his successor in training - just to mess with fans of both versions. ;)
