Where is season 2

I just finished the 26 episodes from season 1. Is there really going to be no season 2. If so whose bad choice was that?

It was Cartoon Network's choice. Apparently, ratings weren't good enough. They just don't like to have serious cartoons with high-quality animation anymore. Everything's gotta be dumbed-down these days.
