how well recieved is it?
Im a big fan of tim and eric and i'm a fan of john c. reily. so will i like this show? i haven't really got the chance to view it. And if it is comparable, which T&E season does this rank with so far. Thank you!
I think it was a funny series, it's not as super random as Tom and Eric but funny is a different way. If you liked the Dr. Steve character from Awesome Show Great Job you will like this. It's sooo different from Tom and Eric I don't think you can compare them.
It seems to take place on channel 5 during the 80's! The intentional bad quality also makes the show for me.

i'm kind of hit or miss with tim and eric-- i find some of their stuff hilarious and some just so-so-- but i absolutely love check it out! dr steve brule is one of the true genius creations of television and i never get tired of his weird pronunciations or his odd delivery of absolutely everything he says. he's so awkward on camera and his whole outlook on life is almost like that of a 5th grade boy and i can't take my eyes off of him. and his guests are always perfect foils for his strange behaviors.
