Do you think that Age of Adaline should have been a TV show?

Looking at this movie, it just felt like it could have been series for a television channel. The movie just felt rushed. It would been fascinating to see Adaline's life throughout the years and older age. Maybe the show would have lasted maybe 5 seasons, but it would have been great to see the progress to old age.

It would have been interesting to see constantly trying to keep her identity a secret and would have been the perfect twist to meet her old lovers from the past. For example, the father..

Does anybody think this idea would have been great..

Yes I agree. At the very least it could have been a miniseries.it would have been interesting to see more of the story over the whole 80 years.

Totally agree. This film jammed too much into a couple of hours. I just could not buy that an aggressive young guy could have a 100+ year-old lady totally in love and throwing caution to the wind...within two weeks and after a few dates. We needed it to g-r-o-w over time.

I am reminded of the success of the TV series Outlander (2014) wherein the woman goes back in time, but we also see the future and get flash-back memories as well.
