Good attention to detail with the last name Jones
I'm not talking about Harrison Ford playing another character named Jones. But for his character in this movie to have such a common name that Adaline wouldn't have alarm bells going off in her head as soon as she found out Ellis's last name. If in the 1960's she met William Muckingbucks if she met someone named Ellis Muckingbucks she would've automatically put 2 and 2 together to get 4 to realize the connection to the two people. She would've never agreed to meet Ellis's parents if she thought she already knew the dad and the dad is the one person that knew her true identity.
