I don't think they tell Ellis' Mom, meaning the rest of their lives, they live in deceit.
But I think telling her would really creep her out. That the ex-girlfriend that her husband was infatuated with, is staying there for holidays. And he has to still be attracted to her.
She would know. They started callin gher Adaline. Even if they called her Della, she would know these names, and would know they stopped calling her by Jenny. I doubt they switch to calling her Jenny just for occasions that involved her. Plus, Adaline wanted to stop running/hiding.
shareYeah, they probably didn't and shouldn't tell the wife. And she will forever be Jenny, unless she says her first name is Adaline but chose to use her middle name. But that would be weird if she went back to Adaline for the wife to hear that name constantly for the rest of her life.
