Marilyn's supposed 'gift' to the world

Marilyn Monroe was (supposedly) an effervescent and sexy light-comedienne who brightened up her audience's lives with her performances.

Portraying her in something that's akin to torture porn, depicting the agony and pain she (supposedly) suffered in order to bring the world that light-hearted and sexy 'entertainment', is 100% anathema to her legacy. No one wants to watch a beautiful, sexy, funny woman thinking about all the various monsters who (supposedly) raped and abused her. It completely detracts from the very entertainment she's (supposedly) providing. I for one can't watch a (supposedly) funny and sexy Marilyn Monroe performance, if I'm being constantly plagued by guilt and distress at how much the lead actor (supposedly) suffered. It would be akin to making a sex comedy about a child sex trafficking ring, starring real-life child sex trafficking victims. Who the fuck wants to watch that? 🤷‍♂️

The only people who could possibly get off on such material are misogynist weirdos (some of whom may self-identify as the bleeding heart 'woke', just as so many weird misogynist men have throughout the years).
