Uh oh. Carolyn Keener deserves better than to serve in another one of those saccharine "saved-by-a-good-man" (and mother) redemption vehicles.
And I don't know about you, but Jane Fonda and Jeffrey Dean Morgan (aka "B-movie Bardem") grate on me.
There's no way this can be good.
It's Eat, Pray, Love.
And movie wasn't spectacular it wasn't bad either. I enjoyed it and it's not like Eat, Pray, Love very much at all really. It's more of a family reconnecting and coming together than getting saved by any man.

I agree, this is not Eat, Pray, Love at all! E.P.L. was all about the journey of finding oneself and learning to take risks, listen and trust in yourself. Also, one is about old roots and the other about new branches in the tree of life.
