Ugh. Thanks for pointing out to me just how badly I need to read these books again! I thought this would be easy, got to thinking and... the crickets chirped loudly. These aren't my favorites, but these are ones that I can remember off the top of my head:
"Beware the Dandelo."
"If it's so pure why does it have a crack in it?"
"I love thee, Roland!"
and okay, one favorite
"Thank you for my second chance. Thank you... Father."
You get all the good lines, what with your books and margin notes and GOD, I really need to hit this series SO hardy but I know they're in storage somewhere in the deepest recesses of my garage... Looks like I kind some boxes to unpack!

I hope the silverfish have not seen fit to nibble on your literary treasures .

Spidey! Without attempts at provocation or insults, please weigh in. As a reputed fan of the novels (and a well understood hater of the movie), can you toss out a few of your favorite lines? This is a fun strand and a safe place.
"You've been through my stuff. I bent over and let one of you stick the world's longest finger up my ass. If a prostate check is an exam, that was a motherfúcking safari. I was scared to look down. I thought I'd see that guy's fingernail sticking out of my cock."

Fault always lies in the same place. With him weak enough to lay blame.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence - Carl Sagan
lmao! I wasn't going to quote, but i think i will now.
The palm of his hand was a dull red. Not a good sign. I jerk off left-handed, he thought, at least that’s something
i had to re-read this a couple of times as it's so not Roland. I don't think i've ever read him like this throughout the rest of the books. Very much more Eddie than Roland...
Also a goodie! Is that in "The Gunslinger" or the beginning of "The Drawing of the Three"? I find that even Roland's language changed considerably in Drawing, all the "do ya ken" stuff he threw around in Jake's company is pretty much gone with Eddie. And he's much more talkative too, despite being near death.

Yep tDotT. I noticed that too, despite his initial disdain of Eddie he's a lot chattier and seems to appreciate his humour in spite of himself. Eddie reminding him of Cuthbert i assume...
I think my favorite passage was from Wizard and Glass when Roland sees Thunderclap and has his first vision of the Tower. Also up there is Susan Delgado's death.
And:
"After all these years. After all these centuries. Finally in my sights."
