Well, I expect to see roughly thirty percent of the first film utilize CGI.
Some monsters are going to be entirely CGI, some actors playing monsters (such as the rat-men) are going to have their faces touched up with CGI and CGI/green screen will be used to represent some of the more extravagant set pieces (including simple backgrounds).
