The public is wising up to the Sandler posse...

The poor quality "comedies" of Sandler and his cronies are starting to bomb. Maybe that will push these guys to either make better quality films or simply fade away.

I think Here Comes the Boom and That's My Boy suffered from weak marketing and strong competition.

That's My Boy bombed because of competition and it was rated R.

Here Comes The Boom bombed because it looked bad.

This has nothing to do with Adam Sandler. That's My Boy was actually a very funny comedy.

And I wouldn't say "wising up", more like, "following the it crowd of hipsters" online.

"He never wears a shirt; he never wears shoes: Why hasn’t he died from lack of service?"

"That's My Boy" was hilarious. It got steamrolled by the competition and the fact that Adam Sandler is too old to be the lead man in an R-rated movie. I do agree with the statement, the "public is wising up". Happy Madison is just a bunch of "Sandler's Regulars" who can make a 20M profit. They even use the same music. I mean P.O.D?
