Too boring to bother with the details
It seemed like the operation this guy stumbles into was needlessly complex. Something about weapons smuggling with the CIA using a front company or some such crap. I can normally deal with second rate films like this as background noise while I am doing other tasks.
You look up once in a while and see some decent action sequences. In this case that isn't possible because you have to actually watch the darn thing to keep track of the convoluted plot line. Irritating to say the least. The movie rips off "Taken" (especially "Taken 2" as the daughter gets involved in the action) but it makes the mistake of being overly complicated.
