Movies with a plot that centers around a CIA agent or ex-CIA agent on the run from the US government?

Not sure if they all involve the CIA, but close enough: top secret agent being hunted by his own gov

Not to be picky, just to continue a dialog, I would quibble a little with Hanna on this list. The dynamic was much more complex than just an agent being hunted by her/his former agency. While Eric was on the lam from his agency, they didn't know Hanna even existed.
I just thought of another recent addition: "Safehouse".

Speaking of Bourne, does the Adjustment Bureau fit in here? I haven't seen it but I remember the picture of two people on the run.

later: oops, well, I just watched AB and it is just a metaphysical romance, hardly any reason to be running. But another run-from-the-feds-type movie is definitely Enemy of the State.
