Wasn't that bad......Maybe it was
Eckhart played the role quite well. Very believable. A few of the fighting scenes seemed a little like 12 year olds wrestling. The others were pretty good.
Olga was completely miscast. She does a horrible American accent. Couldn't buy her character at all.
The daughter was quite annoying. I guess she was supposed to be. The actress seemed confused on what to do at times. Watch her eyes, they move around in kind of a bored way. They probably had to reshoot those scenes a few times.
The story was overly convoluted. The reason for his employment at that company felt pretty forced. They could have gone about getting past the locks a much simpler way. Hiring a bunch of illegal immigrants? Does Belgium have a problem with illegal immigrants? If so, how many of them have the credentials to get a job like that? They could have cut quite a bit of this out and had what it should have been: an enjoyable action flick.
It started out with great potential. Going into his company and having everything gone. Then they added in one of the most confusing plots ever.
I guess I'm saying that Eckhart's acting was really the only thing good about this movie. Honestly, I can't recommend you watch it, even though it is on Netflix.
