Everything I despise in a movie

Where to begin:

Initially, I thought it was just a poorly constructed action thriller, but it became so much worse.

1. An ex-CIA black ops guy takes a job without going through back channels? Surely, he would suspect that any job offer from a company doing business in the security industry would have links to the CIA, Mossad, MI6 or some other agency. He would suspect, before he took the job, that apparent business objectives might be different than actual ones. He probably wouldn't bring his daughter in that situation.
2. Instead of keeping what he knows to himself, he approaches the company that he purportedly worked for. Surely, an intelligent agent would gather more info before exposing himself. This is part of my problem with this kind of movie. The hero must do stupid things during the set- up, but then they become infallible and omniscient once the action gets rolling.
3. The collateral body count would be enough to put all of Europe into lockdown.
4. But here is where I almost hit the TV.......They uncover the body in his apartment. It's a moment of drama. We are supposed to worry that it's his daughter. But it's only some stupid character who only has a couple lines. What a relief!!! Except that it's a human being, with a mother and father and children, but we are supposed to be relieved because it's not the daughter, because only she and the main character have any human value. That pissed me off so much.
5. And then, without grieving, or blaming the hero for bringing death on his family members, the kid helps them unreservedly, and everything is OK when he is kissed by the daughter.
6. And the baddies fall old bomb in the briefcase stratagem.
7. And all of the bad guys bullets hit people except those aimed at the heroes.
8. And the world is full of bumbling ciphers that are just born to die.
9. And there are no repercussions and consequences and the heroes live happily ever after.

I have hated few movies as much as this one.

I have a feeling the film was made as a tax evasion scheme from the 20 or so exec producers backing the movie. Obtain an Hollywood reject, off-the-shelf script, hire a couple of big names, rip off the Bourne movies and voila! It just lacked any heart or soul and it considers immigrants in Europe like expendable 2D criminals.

And at the beginning, one guy walks into a CIA black ops vault, kills half a dozen security personnel, breaks into the vault and gets away -- with 3 accomplices outside as getaway drivers. Why not have all 4 guys hit the place? It would be slightly more believable then.

Plus all the unnecessary deaths in the hospital. What professional hitman shoots up clerical workers and nurses? Isn't he supposed to elude detection until (and after) he hits his target?

And that was just cold having a stray bullet hit a random patient in a hospital bed. Dude was having a rough enough day already.
