250,000 Year Old Aluminum Object.

A "250,000" year old aluminum object has been found.

Historical records note that "Metallic aluminium was not produced by mankind until around 200 years ago"...

"Other experts who conducted later tests said the dates were far 'alter', ranging between 400 and 80,000 years old, but even at 400 years old it would still be 200 years earlier than when aluminium was first produced."

OK, "Ancient Alien" Skeptics ...EXPLAIN... this one.

You really want to play the "Skeptics can't explain that!" game with me?

I'm sure I can successfully debunk any claim you can throw at me in minutes if not seconds.

It took me all of one minute to find the explanation to this claim, http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Wedge_of_Aiud

Got any other mind blowing questions for me?

Oh, and I'm seriously only trying to help you out here. why don't you try watching this for starters? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9w-i5oZqaQ

For the record, I have heard about how some people believe this object is modern excavator teeth, and I even looked into that, BEFORE I started this thread...

However, I can't take your reply seriously...

When that website clearly has an "agenda" to disprove the Ancient Alien Theory...

And, especially when it doesn't even address the MULTIPLE tests that were done on the object which all produced test results indicating that it is at least 400 Years Old, the website you mention specifies the object might be 11,000 Years Old, and some reports indicate that it is even 250,000 Year Old...

All I am going to say about that, involve these two questions...

If the dating method used to date this Aluminum object, to "10,800" years before the world even knew about Aluminum, produces such bad results... Seriously? 11,000 Years Old or more? That is one huge unacceptable error, by anyone's standards!

...Then why use that dating method at all, when there are better and more accurate dating methods available?

As a BONUS Question...

Why didn't anyone test the object using THOSE methods?

Oh Wait... Perhaps scientists actually think this testing method is the best that we have available... If so, then that raises a serious question... If the best mankind can hope for is an 11,000 Years Old error on dating anything found on our planet, then...

Should we believe ANY dates that went into our history books, that came from tests involving Archaeological digs?

So either... This thing predates Manmade Aluminum... or... We should not believe what our history books claim, and throw all of them in the trash, and start again.

Feel free to address this Dating Controversy, and I'll be willing to listen.
