I love, love this movie and think it's one of the most entertaining movies I've seen in a well. Outside of the obvious like Deathproof, Planet Terror, and Machete, what are some movies that are similar to Hobo with a Shotgun. Violent, but over the top and fun.

I'd say that most of the violent stuff Robert Rodriguez makes is pretty similar. Watch the Mariachi trilogy!
shareHudson hawk, while not nearly as gory, has much of the same over-the-top feel. Sad that critics panned it, so bruce willis decided he'd never write another film.
Ichi the killer is also quite surreal, and bloody, though i don't recall it having much humor.
Other than some of the 80s horror schlock that hobo pays homage to, that's all i can think of right now.
