Can someone help me with this? I've seen this character name in the casting list and I don't remember a Gary Dunn being in the book. I'm sorry if I am wrong, but I thought that Gary was Ruby's son, so why is his last name 'Dunn'? Is this wrong or am I not remembering correctly? I did read this book a long time ago so I might be wrong.
shareI've read the book a few months ago and I can assure you that Gary was Ruby's son. I have no idea why there is a Gary Dunn listed, or why his last name is Dunn, I thought it should be Dunne, but I'll wait for the movie to come out and see what's up with that.
Still why would he be called Dunn or Dunne? Dunne is Rosie's last name and Ruby's her friend so Gary and Rosie aren't related in any way. I don't really get it, maybe they changed it for the movie and he's a totally different character or something. I guess we'll just have to wait and see, thank you for the reply though :)

shareRosie and Stephanies little brother, just figured since there's a child and a grown actor playing him and he would be around as long as Rosie lived at home. But then again he didn't really have a significant part in the book so he might not be in the film at all.
