Who is the oldest human in this film & how old?

maybe Philippe Weis (Sylvia's father)? I read he's 110 years old in the film...there might be other characters who are older but I don't think they were introduced. I always had the impression that Sylvia's father was the oldest living person in the movie, and he seemed to be by far the wealthiest character with much more time than any other character in the movie.
