that would be an interesting thing, if people figured away to counterfeit time. people as a hole are pretty good at adapting so i could see some poor genius figuring out how the time tech works and creates counterfeit time
shareI was wondering about the same thing, they never really explain what the time transfer involves... but if it's anything electronic without a central verification agent, I can't see how it prevents counterfeit. (Yes a decentralized verification like cryptocoins would work as well).
shareI guess if you assumed that time is transferred as a type of data it could be embedded with some sort of digital water mark. Just like cash it would have to be very precisely engineered so some hacker might be able to manage it. However what person with the need to do it would have the resources to do it?
