The women remain eternally fertile then?

Hm, well, that is interesting.
The father of the girl with the bug eyes is over 100 years old, and his wife is also the girl's mother.
Eye girl is 27 years old in the movie.

Bit that does not matter, because a 25 year old body is fertile, hence the world would become overpopulated fast.

like Will said "who has time for a girlfriend" - I guess a lot of people decide that they don't have the time to raise a family.

Not eternally fertile. Only till she runs out of eggs. We were taught that A woman is born with all of the eggs she will ever have. Women are born with approximately two million eggs in their ovaries, but about eleven thousand of them die every month prior to puberty. But recent research has been turning this theory on its head. Scientists have discovered a new type of stem-cell in the human ovary that may point to the possibility of new eggs continually being formed throughout a woman’s reproductive years. Since men are constantly making new sperm (about 1,500 every second!), it shouldn’t be such a stretch to consider that women may be producing new eggs throughout their lives as well. Further research will be able to confirm this new theory.
So, I guess a woman with endless time could be eternally fertile.
