Conan seems like it has a low budget

Maybe even more so than when it started. Does anyone else feel that the show has dropped in quality or find it well, cheaper than the other shows with bigger budgets or one of the big networks behind them?

It seems pretty repetitive and the sponsorships are kind of lame, like the thing they have with Intel and how they kind of interrupt the show to promote another TBS show.

Do the other shows even promote Conan?

Obviously a show on TBS is going to have a significantly lower budget than anything on a major network, that's a given, what it lacks in production quality it makes up for in comedy.

Personally I don't care much for the interviews, but the sketches and remotes are some of the funniest things I've ever watched. I'll take Conan over Jimmy Fallon or the others(I forget their names) any day of the week.

Plus it helps that Conan, unlike other talk show hosts, is actually funny.

Ellen recently sent Ellen boxers to Conan.

Any cable talk show is going to have a lower budget then a network show. Like i said in other posts the quality of the show went down since it moved to TBS. Conan seems like hes not interested sometimes. The comedy bits are ok and most of the guests are second tier celebrities. His show doesn't get much buzz like Tosh.o and The Daily/nightly show etc.

I'll take Conan over Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers
