Does anyone know who the head writer of the show is? I see a bunch of writers listed in the credits, but I can't find the HW. Thanks!

Mike Sweeney

I couldn't remember his last name. In searching for him, I found out there's some lawsuit going on regarding Conan stealing jokes or something? I'm about to read it now.

Eh, that airline joke isn't *that* funny or original. I can see a comedy writer coming up with the same thing.

The big moments are gonna come. You can't help that. It's what you do afterwards that counts.

What I find funny is that the guy's attorney thinks those jokes are worth $600,000!!! 

It's no longer Mike Sweeney, but Matt O'Brien (check out The Writer's Panel podcast)

I haven't watched the TBS show in years, let alone a couple of months so I have no idea if they have already showed credits with his name on it.
