Why is Mike being a whiny little b***h?
I must have missed the part that explains why he's so butt hurt and adamant about not wanting to go back to the firm. Anyone?
shareI think it's because Mike was firm about not coming back, and he somehow thinks Harvey went behind his back to sabotage him working at anywhere else. Which Harvey did do, inadvertently.
As for why Mike doesn't want to come back... because it looks bad, I guess? And he wouldn't be able to say he was "doing good" if he went back there.
Still, standard behaviour on this show to cry over spilled milk, even when they had good intentions.
which begs the question why corporate law was so appealing to mike in the first place.....
he wanted to be playing with the elites in the major leagues.....but how does that correlate to his parents tragedy....like at all.....
he could still be making an impact but he wanted to be in the major leagues of corporate law....makes no sense....he wanted the attention and recognition not making a difference

You seem to forget that he took the job for the $25,000 signing bonus so he could pay for his grandmother's hospital bills. Also he just kind of fell in to the job, he didn't go looking for it. He never planned on practicing law after being expelled from college, but when he found himself in Harvey's interview while on the run, he seized the opportunity.
