Can this kid really have Litt as a last name?

I get that her last name will be Litt, but the father will still be involved. I would think the kids last name would be hyphenated.

Well if Litt marries what's her name before the birth then technically yes!

You can name your kid whatever you want. She doesn't need to be married for her to give the baby Louis' name.

If the mom is named Litt, she's divorced, and the father isn't at the hospital when the baby is born, and she is not going to call him lol, then the mom gets to full out the name.
