Letting Nathan wander around 'til after nightfall?

His first night there... knowing he didn't believe their story about werewolves... without keeping an eye on him... what were they thinking?

What was dumb was he said he needed to think about it (her werewolf stories). So does he drive around for a while? No, he wanders deep into the woods at night apparently w/o a weapon. PREDICTABLE!
