I think this was the best Final Festination since Final Destination.

I've watched them all and with 2, 3 and 4 it seemed like they were just going for gorier and gorier deaths and the characters didn't have much depth - it was all about the gore.

With this one though I thought the characters were fantastic - there was a lot of humour which was actually funny, the acting was a decent improvement over 2, 3 and 4, and dat ending...

*spoilers below*

When they thought they had beaten death and they got on the plane, only for us to see it's THAT plane... awesome!

This one is my favorite. Love the opening disaster, deaths and characters.

Olivia is my favorite character:)

Well, the 4th one is considered to be the weakest. I couldn't finish watching that one either.
That being said, although the characterization in 2 and 3 was a bit wooden, I really enjoyed the interaction between the stock-type characters in 2 (how they all tried to survive as a group) and I really enjoyed the 3 main characters in the 3rd.
