Actually decent
I watched FD5 one of these days and I thought it was actually decent. Imho it's as good as the first one. It was a clear improvement over FD4, which was over-the-top even for Final Destination standards. The producers must have realized it was better to tone down the gratuitous deaths, at least the deaths in FD5 have some context and has a minimal amount of suspense, character development and a passable storyline, if I dare. I really enjoyed how the ending was linked with FD1 beginning scenes.
I think Miles Fisher did a very good job, his character was kinda of interesting. Of course it's still a bad movie overall, but taking into account only movies within FD franhise, I'd give it a 7,5.
