Why wasn't there more blood on Jackie's skirt?

A head wound would've caused major blood loss very quickly. Why was her skirt not full of blood? Was she actually in the car or was it a lookalike?

For that matter, how can we know JFK was in the car? Maybe it was a look-alike. Blood packs under his wig. That explains the illogical head movement when he was "shot".. Back.. And to the left.. And it explains why Jackie's dress wasn't drenched In blood.
Military wanted more money so they kidnapped the real Kennedy and gave the presidency to LBJ. For all we know Kennedy died in house arrest in Minnesota in 1998.
