Does the movie start before, during or after JFK's assassination?

Someone on here said that Jackie has flashbacks to JFK's death and it leads to the actual graphic shooting. So I'm gonna guess after, but I could be wrong?

It starts after with her interview with a reporter then their are flashbacks I really liked it.
