Someone was having a bit of casting fun: John Carroll Lynch, who has played some uber-creepy bad guys, cast as LBJ. OMG

He doesn't pull it off at all. For example, LBJ had a very distinctive nose, and they didn't even try to recreate it.

Nose or no nose, it was bad casting. Too bad Randy Quaid wasn't available.

Quaid WAS available...three decades ago.
