film or digital?
i don't feel like googling any longer. and i'm not sure how to word this properly, but was this movie filmed digitally or on film? it's beautiful from what i can see in the trailer.
shareThe original was made on film, in Super 16 (a format more typically used for TV shows). It was then digitally edited. See the "full technical specs" section for the film here. A few shots from 1963 are used (long shots where she was not identifiable); the are apparently 16 mm and are perceptibly different in quality.
