What's the difference between theatrical and the magnum edition (on disc)?

It's all over the packaging that this is the special magnum edition, but there's no bonus content (with the DVD) and no explanation for what that means

Ironically the Theatrical Release had 1 minute more than the Magnum Edition.

Maybe the name is because it includes digital copies for download of Part 1 & 2 unrated versions.
