1) I don't believe coitus took place during that scene as their clothes were still on. The gentleman appeared to thoroughly enjoy himself but the girl not so much.
2) It looked like she grabbed his privates and squeezed... but they were back to enjoying breakfast the next morning.

The girl did not 'enjoy herself' because she was a 12 year old child who was being assaulted by an adult male.
