It is of course not evidence, but then again there is no definitive evidence for either side. One has to make a judgment call. Make of it what you will.

This has been posted already, and there is plenty of evidence that the events in the doc actually happened. There has not been any factual evidence presented that it's a hoax -- it's basically a feeling that the events don't seem right, that it's in Banksy's artistic nature to mess with people, etc.
