Who filmed Banksy at the West Bank barrier?

I finished watching this film, and then immediately started to watch it for the second time, and noticed a little mystery that maybe somebody can clear up for me.

There is very clear video of the tagging of the wall at the West Bank. I'm assuming that one of the people there was Banksy himself, unless he's sending out a crew to do his work without him, which as far as I can tell from this movie is not his MO. There are faces in these shots, blurred out. Later in the film, Banksy says that he had never let anyone film him before Thierry, and even then, he demanded that only his hands be exposed, with the camera at his back with his hood up. The West Bank footage, however, was shot before he met Thierry, according to the narrative. So was this footage shot by someone associated with Banksy, meaning he had actually let someone film him at work before, face and all, putting a hole in the story being told, or was it filmed by some random person nearby? The video was taken from very close to the people working, so probably either it was someone with Banksy, or they really didn't care about being filmed and the person filming was polite enough to blur all the faces before posting it on Youtube, or nice enough to give Banksy's crew the camera or the tape.
