Anyone else find Fiona's current storyline completely boring?

Running an old apartment building and dating a really boring bland Irish repair guy, i'm sorry but none of her scenes interest me anymore, i never laugh and i'm never interested when watching them, unless shes getting naked. I don't give a flying fuck about her Irish boyfriend who seems dull as dirt and has the personality of a wet blanket, he may be the worst boyfriend shes ever had on the show.

I mean i've always been a fan of her character but last season and this season her storylines have been completely boring and uninteresting. Its probably for the best if this her last season on the show if this is the best the writers can dribble up for her.

I agree with you on the Irish guy. What on earth compelled the writers to throw him in the show? How does he enhance the story? "Dull as dirt and has the personality of a wet blanket"...you couldn't have said it any better. lol

Yeah i mean its like he has no personality at all, he just delivers lines in a boring monotone voice, he's not interesting in the least little bit, he has no charisma, i guess he's a decent looking guy but other than that i don't get what Fiona sees in him. He seems like the most boring lifeless boyfriend of all time.

And yeah he brings nothing to the show, he doesn't enhance the story at all, he very rarely is even involved with any of the other Gallagher's, he's just separate from everything else and is just hanging out with Fiona trying to be all monotone and mysterious.

I like the Irish guy for her. A lot.
